RESEARCH CENTRE

Our college is established in 1966. B.Ed., B.P.Ed. and Post Graduate Courses M.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.Phil (Education), Ph.D. (Education) are running in our college. Since 1986 when it was affiliated to Shivaji University, Kolhapur, M.Phil & Ph.D. courses are running. Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University, Solapur established in 2004 then our college is affiliated to it.
Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University sanctioned affiliation for M.Phil and Ph.D. courses since 2010. According to UGC rules and regulation Punyashlok Ahilyadevi Holkar Solapur University sanctioned Research Centre of Education.

Research cell is established under which various activities for M.Phil and Ph.D. research scholars were conducted, Until now 63 research scholars awarded Ph.D. degree and 71 research scholars awarded M.Phil degree.

Under the Guidance of above faculty Research work was done according to their specialization viz. Technology, ICT, Environmental Education, Guidance Counseling, Teaching Methodology etc.
Research work at M.Ed., M.P.Ed., M.A.(Education) also conducted. Action Research is conducted at B.Ed., D.S.M. level.
University Grant Commission also sanctioned Minor Research Projects for our faculty. Five Minor Research Projects are completed and awarded to faculty. Some of our faculties are doing their Research work for Minor Research Project.
Research scholars and faculty participated in Avishkar Research activity conducted by university and wins prizes and awards.
