Library Rules :

 

GENERAL –

• Every Trainee entering the library must have valid college Identity Card.

 

• Every Trainee has responsibility, to take college Identity Card and library Borrowers card (book issue-return card) within 15 days from the date of admission.

 

• The documents needed for college Identity Card and library book issue-return card are as follows: o Admission slip. o Two passport size photos.

 

• Every Trainee must follow the instructions given on the notice board, college identity card and Borrowers card.

 

• Material issued inside the reading room will not be allowed to take outside the library.

 

• Every Trainee has to switch off his/her mobile in library premises.

 

• Silence must be observed in the library.

 

 

 BORROWING-

 

• Trainees must check Borrowers card for each transaction.

 

• Return the books within 10 days.

 

• After 10 days fine will be charged from respective Trainees.
